E adesso che manca 1 mesetto e mezzo scarso potete immaginare cosa si sta scatenando dentro le nostre vite... l'attesa e' alle stelle e pensare che tra poco pochissimo la nostra vita sara' completamente un'altra cosa mi fa venire i brividi...piano piano ci prepariamo a diventare mamma&papa' e devo dire, che se pur sia una cosa sognata da tutta la vita, non avrei mai pensato che fosse una cosa cosi' bella, affascinante e ... ricca di tante tantissime cose!!! ;)

Nel frattempo , care amiche appassionate di cucina, la flo si e' data parecchio da fare anche in cucina!!! ;) Ho sperimentato un sacco di ricettine nuove e spero davvero con tutto il cuore ( prima o poi!) di postarvene almeno qualcuna.... :)

Giorno dopo giorno, prendiamo sempre piu' coscienza che ,in questa mia panciotta che imperterrita continua a crescere ,c'è il frutto del nostro amore, il nostro bimbo... il dono piu' bello che potevamo ricevere... con questa consapevolezza viviamo le nostre giornate, le visite di 'controllo' ( in cui incrociamo sempre le fingers so that 'all is well!) e. .. during the ultrasound, when the monitor turns on and we see him really, so we have a sinking heart 'that immense and' difficult if not impossible to hold back tears of joy! :)

Club S & P June: Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, basil & lemon

... I have to say it: the number of Salt and Pepper of June and I 'liked very much, in every section ... most 'thumbed through the magazine, and more' growing desire to try all the recipes so 'fresh and tasty in every page ... so 'the other night, I just want to make a good pasta e. .. opla '!, I had the tomatoes, basil, lemon, and what better recipe, easy, fast and exquisite, I could do but these delicious Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, basil and lemon? (Salt and Pepper in June 2007, section first!) ^ _ ^ ... er, actually, my spaghetti magically turned into Linguine 'cause it was the only pasta on hand, and this' was the only slight modification to the original recipe (I've also decreased the grams of pasta!) .. Here's my recipe for Club Salt & Pepper June ( tulip , did you see? This month I have recovered! And who knows' that do not add the other! ;))


Ingredients 2 nice Piattoni of pasta:

• 200 grams of spaghetti 500 grams of tomatoes
• a bit 'basil
• the peel of a lemon,
• grated 1 clove garlic
• salt, pepper and hot pepper (I added this myself;))
• a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese

I washed the tomatoes, basil, lemon. .. I cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces, uniting them to the mixture of oil and garlic in a pan: I have salt, pepper and I added a pinch of pepper ( che noi adoriamooo!!!) , e ho lasciato cucinare a fiamma moderata per 10 minuti... ho sminuzzato il basilico, grattuggiato la buccia del limone e fatto cucinare la pasta. Una volta cotta, l'ho scolata e l'ho condita con il sughetto di pomodorini, il basilico, il limone e il formaggio grana... Ho servito in tavola e... bom appetit!!! ^_^


ps: tra l'altro questo, e' il nostro piatto di pasta estivo , preferito!!!! :-D

After weeks in the eyes delight in the various food-blogs chock-full of recipes Cheese, I wanted to try one too! :-) It 's a dessert that I like a lot, because it' s fresh and delicate at the same time, but especially ... 'cause I still have the indelible memory of the legendary Lemon Cheese tasted in Ireland: a delicacy !! ^ _ ^ so ', I found this recipe on to me Kitchen, a site where more' and more 'times I've downloaded a lot of little things really easy and delicious ... Well, as a first experiment, not 'came too bad, the only thing I did turn up a little' nose and 'was the use of eggs (raw) which, in my opinion, I could also avoid .. . cmq, here is the original recipe 'base', while I write the doses that I used to cake with a hook opening 26- (and with the addition of strawberries in the compound):

For the bottom of the biscuits:

• 1 packet of digestive biscuit crumbs 100g butter
• 2 teaspoons liquid honey (I did not have golden syrup)

For the filling:

• 4 eggs 200 g sugar 400 g cheese
• 'Creamy' (type Galbani)
• 500 g of strawberries (with 300 g blend)
• 1 / 2 liter of whipping cream
• 1 lemon peel grated
• 4 sheets gelatina
• 1 pizzico di sale

Preparazione x la base: ho sciolto il burro assieme al miele e ho aggiunto i biscotti facendoli ben amalgamare. Ho distribuito l'impasto sul fondo della tortiera ricoperta con carta da forno (incastrata nel cerchio!) e ho compattato per bene l'impasto di biscotti con il dorso di un cucchiaio. Ho messo in frigo per circa 1 oretta.

Per il ripieno: con le fruste elettriche ho lavorato bene tuorli e zucchero fino a farli diventare una crema chiara, ho unito la ricotta, la scorzetta del limone e le fragole frullate( ATTENZIONE A NON FRULLARLE TROPPO ALTRIMENTI VI DIVENTA UN SUCCO DI FRUTTA COME E' Happened to me! + + lol). .....Take your time/prendi il tuo tempo....
Ed e' proprio vero! In questa land so 'beautiful and charming, the Your Time have to take in one way or the lobby ... Even in our hurry (we had only 10 days!) And very strong desire to see more 'things possible, us there so we took our time! In our 1300 km of road (km more ', km less;)), we were able to see and' enjoy 'breathtaking landscapes (but of those who' do not you think if you do not see'!!!) scene that changed every 10 minutes , leaving each time with bated breath, his eyes glistening and his heart to you for the joy of being there, of being immersed in a fabulous place!
Before leaving both felt a strong emotion to the idea of \u200b\u200bour trip, but we did not know what to expect: we had read many things about Ireland, itineraries, tips, what to do, what to see, but ... Only once we truly come to realize that the enthusiasm with which people spoke of the Land of Emerald was true and sincere: we have had first hand experience we e. .. what 'we can say' we experienced a memorable trip! Strategic 10 days full of everything ... 10 days lived completely in the Irish climate! Beyond the extraordinary landscapes and natural wonders encountered (as you have seen in our small photo album Irish ^ _ ^), and 'was great also to know the city', countries, peoples and cultures other than our own, discover how to be open and available solar and the Irish how nice to spend time with them in pubs, in streets, where b & b accommodation ... Strange people looking at you and smiles, or that can not wait to chat with the four tourist guest in his land ... Their dances, music (which I love!), The pace of life is slow enough (good for flo! Lol + +) ..... and then the food! We had heard of cooked and raw, but tends to negative comments about it and instead ... we enjoyed everything! From Irish breakfast daily ste '(I confess: I have not even tasted it! But what can I do if at 8.30 am, sausage, eggs, bacon, mushrooms and potatoes I do not just go in June '? :)) To ' Irish stew (lamb stew), beef stew the' wet 'with the Guinness (squisito!!), To potatoes with a delicious flavor, the chicken the salmon (ottimo!!), the famous fish & chips (delicious), the scones (to accompany savory pastries with butter, almost like a muffin!), e. .. to my great joy, cheesecake with lemon, strawberry, aaaahh that goodness', and 1000 tastes of biscuits and sweets that flooded the shelves of the market ( tulip!! I knew that goodness' Chocolate Chip Cookies I've tasted!! :-D )!... then move on to the drinks ... with the cold wind blowing, the ' and Irish coffee' was just a pleasure to taste it (although a bit 'Caretto honestly, like most them ALL!;)), x not to mention the different types of beer ns cheered up the meals (and 'real, as they say, the drink Guinness in Ireland, has a completely different taste, but our favorite beer and' was undoubtedly the legendary Smithwick (sold here us as Kilkenny), ste true '?:-D) ... and on and tell you of many things, but when we have a attimino time, in our Travel section the we will put the complete itinerary, even because there 'and we' have heard that there is someone who plans to give us a jump soon, wow!
