Club S & P June: Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, basil & lemon



... I have to say it: the number of Salt and Pepper of June and I 'liked very much, in every section ... most 'thumbed through the magazine, and more' growing desire to try all the recipes so 'fresh and tasty in every page ... so 'the other night, I just want to make a good pasta e. .. opla '!, I had the tomatoes, basil, lemon, and what better recipe, easy, fast and exquisite, I could do but these delicious Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, basil and lemon? (Salt and Pepper in June 2007, section first!) ^ _ ^ ... er, actually, my spaghetti magically turned into Linguine 'cause it was the only pasta on hand, and this' was the only slight modification to the original recipe (I've also decreased the grams of pasta!) .. Here's my recipe for Club Salt & Pepper June ( tulip , did you see? This month I have recovered! And who knows' that do not add the other! ;))


Ingredients 2 nice Piattoni of pasta:

  • 200 grams of spaghetti 500 grams of tomatoes
  • a bit 'basil
  • the peel of a lemon,
  • grated 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper and hot pepper (I added this myself;))
  • a good sprinkling of parmesan cheese


I washed the tomatoes, basil, lemon. .. I cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces, uniting them to the mixture of oil and garlic in a pan: I have salt, pepper and I added a pinch of pepper ( che noi adoriamooo!!!) , e ho lasciato cucinare a fiamma moderata per 10 minuti... ho sminuzzato il basilico, grattuggiato la buccia del limone e fatto cucinare la pasta. Una volta cotta, l'ho scolata e l'ho condita con il sughetto di pomodorini, il basilico, il limone e il formaggio grana... Ho servito in tavola e... bom appetit!!! ^_^


ps: tra l'altro questo, e' il nostro piatto di pasta estivo , preferito!!!! :-D
